RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All product sales are final and non-refundable. Exchanges are only available if you have received damaged order.
Any damaged order received must be reported to our support team at jacobrand.my@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receiving the products. The condition of the product will be reviewed and investigated by our team. Exchanges are based on availability of stock. We will proceed for refund if the product is out of stock.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If your order is approved for refund, we will send an email to notify you on your refund status.
Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement
SHIPPING FOR RETURNS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
