1. About your essential oils
Our essential oils are 100% plant based. The process of extraction of oil is completely natural without any touch of harmful chemicals. All our essential oils are suitable for aromatherapy, diffusion, vaporizing and inhalation.
2. Where are your essential oils sourced from?
We source our essential oils blended with the finest quality plants, tree barks, flowers and natural materials from different countries across the globe.
3. How to use your essential oils?
Drop 3 to 5 drops to a diffuser and diffuse according to desired time. Alternatively, you may dilute the essential oils with a carrier oil if you wish to use it topically. However, we don’t recommend to apply 100% pure essential oils directly onto your skin, to avoid skin irritation and allergies.
4. Can essential oils expired?
We do suggest our customers to use the essential oils within 12 months after opening to enjoy the best aromatherapy experience.
5. Where should I store my essential oils?
Please keep the essential oils in a cool and dark place with lid tightly capped, and make sure it is not directly exposed to the sunlight.
6. Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship within Malaysia.
7. How long is the processing time?
We take 1-3 days to pack and ship your order.
8. How long is the estimated delivery time?
Standard shipping is approximately 3-8 working days.
9. What is your return policy?
All product sales are final and non-refundable.
Any damaged order received must be reported to our support team at jacobrand.my@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receiving the products. The condition of the product will be reviewed and investigated by our team. Exchanges are based on availability of stock. We will proceed for refund if the product is out of stock.
10. How do I track my package?
You will receive a tracking number in a separate email or SMS.
